Just out!

clown

I’ve got an op-ed column in the Boston Globe today, suggesting some questions push-pollers might use to to elevate the Brown/Coakley race to a 21st century standard of political discourse: In other words, how they could reduce the whole race to childish name-calling, doom-saying and other general partisan hysterics in the sleaziest and most craven way imaginable. I’d call it satire if I hadn’t spent the last year listening to people on the street, in the press and in various comment threads expressing pretty much the same ideas. Only for real.
